As you are aware we have had a few issues recently with ParentPay. These have now all been sorted and any outstanding amounts from last year have been added to a separate payment item “School Meal Debt Payments 2015/16” so that your normal school meals payments item is clear ready for the new term.
Please ensure that you log in to ParentPay to check your balance and settle any outstanding amounts before we return to school next week. If you have any queries with the amount that you owe, please contact the school and we can talk through it with you on an individual basis.
Please remember that if your son/daughter changes their lunch preference you as a parent must inform the school directly, not through your child, so that you are not incorrectly charged.
Please can you also ensure that and outstanding Music Lesson fees are settled before the new term.
