Crew EJN had a fantastic time in Wales. They worked so well as a crew to help each other to ‘the top of the mountain’.
They were kind and compassionate towards each other and it was an absolute pleasure to spend my time with them!
They set off on their long coach journey from XP to Wales.
For their first night in Wales they pitched their own tents (in the dark!) and ate out of pouches! (the food had mixed reviews I have to say)
They then set off on their six hour hike in the rain! That was tough, but they had fun eating nettles (!?), seeing the bearded lake and making loads of noise shouting out and playing around with echo’s.
On their second day they went kayaking. It was really difficult carrying the kayaks from the trailer and back. But they did it! I was very nervous, but my crew looked after me.
They found some jellyfish on the beach and played some brilliant team building games with their outbound instructors Tom and Rowen.
Well done crew EJN! So proud of you all.
