There are now only nine school weeks to go before around half of our X23 students embark on a visit to Barcelona! We are in regular contact with the travel company organising the visit, and are beginning to finalise the details.
Although comprehensive travel insurance is already included in the cost, can we please remind our parents and carers that – if they haven’t already done so – they are asked to secure a FREE European Health Insurance Card (E.H.I.C.) for participants so that, if need be, they may access health services in Spain in the event of an illness or accident? Could we also respectfully remind parents and carers that payment for the visit may be made at any time, in instalments, via the Parentpay portal?
