There are now around six weeks remaining before our X23 students’ visit to Barcelona. Participants took home a letter last week to invite parents and carers to an information evening on Wednesday 24th April from 5.30 – 6.30.
This event will provide an opportunity for you to receive further information about the itinerary, meet representatives from our travel company – one of whom will accompany us throughout the visit – and for you to ask any questions that you may have. We will also clarify the luggage sizes and liquids permitted in the cabin by the airline.
Please could you bring your child’s passport, EHIC card (if not already provided), details of your GP (name, surgery) and details of any prescribed medication that your child will be taking during the duration of the visit? There will be some forms to complete, including emergency contact details, that are needed before the visit.
Could we also respectfully remind parents and carers that payment for the visit may be made at any time, in instalments, via the Parentpay portal?
